Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing on software applications to ensure quality and functionality. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements. Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution utilizing bug tracking tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Perform regression testing to validate software enhancements and bug fixes. Generate test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders on test results. Participate in team meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to improve testing processes. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in software testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
