? Deliver instructor-led sessions on manual and automation testing concepts.

? Cover topics like SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, test case writing, and bug tracking.

? Train on tools like Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, JIRA, and others.

? Provide hands-on practice through assignments, real-world projects, and simulations.

? Evaluate learners through assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.

? Stay updated on industry trends and update course content accordingly.

? Mentor and support students in understanding complex testing scenarios.

? Coordinate with program managers and share timely feedback on student progress.

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, or equivalent are preferred.

? Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software testing roles (manual and/or automation). Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.

? Experience working in the EdTech or vocational training sector.

? Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

? Student-centric approach with strong mentoring skills.

? Organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback.
