Quality Analyst

to join our QA team and ensure high product standards through both

manual and automation testing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, prepare test plans, and design detailed test cases. Perform

manual testing

for mobile apps, web applications, and APIs. Develop, maintain, and execute

automation test scripts

using tools like

Selenium, Cypress, Appium

, or similar. Conduct

functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT

testing across projects. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using tools like

JIRA

,

Bugzilla

, etc. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure quality at every stage. Maintain clear and concise

test documentation and reporting

. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. Work on cross-functional projects, especially in

AI modules, e-commerce flows, and responsive apps

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience

in both manual and automation testing. Strong knowledge of

software QA methodologies

, tools, and processes. Experience with

automation tools

such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, Jenkins, or Cypress. Good understanding of

RESTful APIs

, JSON, and basic SQL. Experience testing

mobile apps (iOS & Android)

and

web platforms

. Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and payment gateway testing is a plus. Knowledge of

AI-based systems or ML models

is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments. Familiarity with

version control systems

like Git. Knowledge of

performance or load testing tools

(e.g., JMeter). Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product companies.
