Your Responsibilities: Shape Quality at Every Level
As our Quality Analyst, youll be pivotal in driving quality across products, from concept to release. Heres what youll do:

• Test Planning & Design: Develop robust test plans, strategies, and test cases that cover all product features.
• Manual Testing: Conduct in-depth manual testing on new features, bug fixes, and regression tests to ensure flawless quality.
• Automated Testing: Design and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium and Appium to streamline the testing process.
• Performance & Security Testing: Collaborate with experts to assess and enhance product performance and security.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize testing processes for maximum efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defects, along with regular quality reports for stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements and ensure top-quality deliverables.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to capture expectations and deliver quality outcomes that exceed their standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3+ years in QA, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and Postman.
• Scripting Knowledge: Skilled in scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript to enhance test automation.
• Quality Assurance Expertise: Strong grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Analytical Mindset: Sharp problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
