Purpose:

The ideal candidate should have advanced MS Excel skills, strong communication, and analytical abilities. Key duties include call and quality monitoring, data management, report preparation, coordinating calibration sessions, and handling client deliveries.

Primary Responsibilities

Good knowledge of advance MS-Excel. Proficiency in preparing reports using MS-excel formulas. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Should be skilled in Call monitoring, Data management, Site management level & Quality monitoring. Basic IT know-how i.e. understanding application of Information Technology. Self-driven. Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at individual level. Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for staff. Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review. Maintenance of reports including Productivity, Quality and SLA Handling client deliveries and maintaining delivery details. Knowledge of Sales Navigator will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Experience:

UG/Grad with minimum 0.6 months of B2B experience MANDATORY*

Shifts:

Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Majorly Night shifts.
