Role & ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance

Test websites, landing pages, and web applications to identify bugs, usability gaps, and functional issues Create and execute

test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

Perform

manual testing

including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing Validate UI/UX, content accuracy, forms, tracking setups, and end-to-end user journeys Log, track, and follow up on defects to ensure timely resolution Ensure final deliverables meet DGTL360's quality benchmarks before client delivery

Project Coordination

Work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and project owners to understand requirements and timelines Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth execution and clarity Track task progress and flag risks or delays proactively Assist in project planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain clear documentation for test cases, test results, and coordination activities Prepare basic status updates and internal reports for ongoing projects

Client Communication

Communicate issues, feedback, and updates clearly with internal teams and clients when required Support client discussions by presenting quality findings in a structured and professional manner Ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of

Manual Testing concepts

and

SDLC/STLC

Excellent command over English

(spoken and written is mandatory) Strong

analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills

Highly detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders Prior experience in QA, testing, or project coordination is a plus

Freshers with strong fundamentals and communication skills are welcome
