Quality Analyst - Procurement
to join our EPC business.
What will you do?
As a
Quality Analyst - Procurement
, will play a critical role in ensuring the Integrity and compliance and accuracy of Procurement activities.
Perform comprehensive checks on supplier prequalification to ensure all vendors meet company standards and regulatory compliance.
Review and verify accuracy and completeness of SCM documentation such as contracts, compliance forms, and delivery schedules.
Audit purchase orders for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and conformity to internal policy.
Maintain proper records and track quality assurance activities related to procurement operations.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to procurement and supply chain procedures.
Support internal and external audits of procurement processes and documentation.
Experience, Education and other Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance.
Post qualification 5+ years of relevant work experience in Quality function.
Experience in a multinational environment. Knowledge of Procurement procedures and documentation requirements.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
