We are hiring a Quality Analyst with a legal background to audit sales and consumer calls related to Food Licence, Trademark, GST, MSME, and other legal services. The role ensures call accuracy, compliance, and correct information delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Audit inbound/outbound sales calls for legal services.
Check accuracy, script adherence, and compliance.
Identify errors, misleading info, and improvement areas.
Maintain daily audit reports and quality trackers.
Coordinate with sales/legal teams for process improvements.
Requirements
LLB or legal-related qualification (preferred).
Strong attention to detail & listening skills.
Basic understanding of Food Licence, Trademark, GST, MSME, etc.
Good communication and documentation skills.
