Key Responsibilities:



Test Planning & Strategy:

Develop comprehensive

test plans

,

test cases

, and

test scripts

based on business requirements and functional specifications. Participate in

requirement analysis

sessions to ensure test coverage aligns with project objectives and healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, ICD, etc.).

Manual Testing Expertise:

Perform

functional

,

regression

,

integration

,

UAT

, and

system testing

for healthcare applications (web, mobile, and API). Validate

clinical workflows

,

EHR/EMR modules

, and

data integrity

across healthcare systems. Document and track

defects

using tools like

JIRA

Azure DevOps

, or

Bugzilla

, and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.

Automation & Tool Exposure:

Assist in maintaining and executing

automation scripts

using tools such as

Selenium

TestNG

, or

Postman (API automation)

. Contribute to the selection and optimization of automation tools for regression and smoke testing.

Project Management & Coordination:

Lead

QA efforts

within Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Track and report

testing progress

risks

to stakeholders and management.

Healthcare Domain Expertise:

Validate compliance with

healthcare regulations

(HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT codes). Perform data validation for

clinical, claims, and patient management systems

. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and SMEs to ensure application usability and patient safety standards are met.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify process gaps and suggest

QA process improvements

for better efficiency and quality. Mentor junior QA team members and provide domain-specific guidance.

Manual Testing Tools:

JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr, Bugzilla

Automation Tools (Basic Exposure):

Selenium WebDriver, Postman, TestNG, RestAssured

Project Management Tools:

JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello

Methodologies:

Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Hybrid

Healthcare Standards Knowledge:

HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC

Databases:

SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL (for data validation)

Other Skills:

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

6+ years of experience

in QA analysis and testing (preferably in the

healthcare domain

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
