Job Description

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating

the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards.

C. Responsibilities

(I) Report

? Product defects and quality lapses Report Maintain.

? Prepares reports on the results of quality inspections

? Product defects and quality lapses Report Maintain

? Rechecking of raw material report

? Prepares reports on each test performed for measuring quality, quantity and composition

? Keep records of all tests that have been carried out

(II) Quality

? Analyze all stocks according category wise and quality aspects

? Oversees implementation of quality assurance procedures

? Maintain laboratory equipment

? Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials and finished products

? Assist in setting quality standards and ensure that production is maintained at such standards

Sample and identify, if any, bacterial or non-desirable excess material

? Perform quality control analysis including tests and inspections of products and processes

(III) Operation

? participate in external & Internal quality audits

? Work at the start of the production process (Raw Materials Analyst), during production itself (In Process

Analyst) or at the end of manufacture (Finished Product testing).
