Position: QA Manual

Total Experience: 4-6 years

Technical skills:

Strong experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA,). Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.
Experience with test case management tools

Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across web and mobile platforms. Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate closely with developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality releases. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective. Maintain and update test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Support automation efforts and contribute to test script development if familiar with automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
