BNB Run is a cloud-based modular ERP platform built to simplify business operations. From HRMS, Recruitment, CRM, Attendance & Leave Management, Asset & Project Management, to Website Builder, we empower organizations to manage everything in one place.

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 2+ years of experience who can ensure smooth product releases, maintain high-quality standards, and help us deliver a world-class ERP experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute test cases and test plans for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across modules. Conduct automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred). Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing. Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure bug-free releases. Validate data accuracy between frontend, backend, and databases. Contribute to process improvements within QA practices.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst / Software Tester. Strong knowledge of manual testing; hands-on experience with automation frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. Experience with tools such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Cypress. Knowledge of SQL queries for database testing. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
