Role Summary
An Information Technology & Business Shared Services presence is established in Hyderabad, India with the objective of providing information technology application development and support services.
We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Tester with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP modules and be responsible for validating software functionality and ensuring that business requirements are met. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing test cases, and providing feedback for system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and test cases.
• Conduct functional testing in various SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HR).
• Order-to-Cash processes, specifically with SAP and Salesforce integration.
• Execute test cases and document test results, ensuring thorough coverage of business processes.
• Identify, report, and track defects in a timely manner, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and gathering feedback.
• Maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test results.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress and results.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends to enhance testing processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in SAP functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their functionalities.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
