Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience

in software testing, with at least 1-2 years in chatbot/voicebot testing. Hands-on experience with

conversational AI platforms

such as: + Google Dialogflow
+ Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)
+ Yellow.ai
+ Kore.ai
+ Or other similar platforms
Strong knowledge of

chatbot testing metrics

(intent accuracy, precision/recall, conversation success rate, escalation rate, etc.). Experience testing bots on

multi-channel platforms

: web, mobile apps, WhatsApp, and social media channels. Ability to design and execute

test cases, test scenarios, and test suites

. Familiarity with

automation testing tools

(e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, or any chatbot testing automation frameworks). Proficiency in using tools for

test management and defect tracking

(e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with API testing for chatbot backends. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating test suites into build pipelines. Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring chatbot performance. * Exposure to scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation is a plus.
