We are looking for a passionate and adaptable candidate who can join our team as a MERN Developer, QA Engineer, or Fresher. A key requirement for this role is fluency in Bengali, as you will be engaging directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and project understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with Bengali-speaking clients to understand requirements and provide updates
QA Engineer: Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality.
Fresher:Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results.
Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role).
Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)*, along with good English/Hindi communication skills.

Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation).

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Team player with attention to detail.
