Roles & Responsibilities /Duties to be Performed:


Sound & Deep Knowledge of Compliances i.e. AOC4 in XBRL Form, MGT Form 7, DPT 3 Form, CSR 2 Form.


Sound & Deep knowledge of all types of Registers i.e. BEN 1, BEN 2, BEN 3.


Expertise in managing Register of Members, Register of shareholders.


Deep knowledge of Demetalisation of Private Limited Shares.


Able to Draft Boards Minutes of Meeting (MOM) from time to time.


Able to handle related Party transactions with knowledge of Arm's Length Price

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹485,246.00 - ₹825,840.37 per year
