Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards. Conduct internal, statutory, and tax audits for various clients. Handle income tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances. Assist in tax planning, representation before tax authorities, and filing of returns. Perform financial analysis and advisory for clients across various industries. Review and prepare audit reports, management reports, and MIS reports. Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures. Supervise and guide junior staff and article assistants.
