Key Responsibilities

?Audit Leadership:

Conduct and oversee statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring strict compliance with auditing standards.

?Tax Advisory and Compliance:

Provide expert advice on TDS, GST, and Income Tax, and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.

?Financial Strategy:

Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

?Complex Financial Reporting:

Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses, including consolidated financial statements and variance analyses.

?Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated with evolving financial regulations and ensure client businesses comply with all statutory obligations.

?Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks through thorough analysis and strategic planning.

?Team Mentorship:

Guide and mentor junior team members and article assistants, fostering a learning environment.

?Client Relationship Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

?Chartered Accountant with a valid ICAI membership.

?1-2 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, taxation, and financial management.

?In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax Act, and GST laws.

?Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.

?Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

?Effective communication and leadership skills.

?Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
