Job Summary




We are seeking a Lead Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Quadient Inspire Interactive and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Lead Developer will be responsible for driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.





Responsibilities



Develop and implement innovative solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive to meet business requirements and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Optimize performance of applications to ensure high availability and scalability. Document technical processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all development activities. Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives to align with business goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas.




Qualifications



Possess a strong background in Quadient Inspire Interactive with proven experience in delivering successful projects. Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex workflows and integrations. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve their full potential. * Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
