Core responsibilities
- Design & deliver onboarding, refresher, manager and pre?opening training programs.
- Coach on?floor through modelling, observation, corrective coaching and certification.
- Standardise operations by converting SOPs into measurable routines and job aids.
- Ensure compliance with food?safety, hygiene and cash handling protocols.
- Build capability via train?the?trainer programs for store leaders and area coaches.
- Measure impact through competency assessments, audit scores, and service KPIs.
- Support rollouts for menu, promo and outlet launches; travel frequently for field deployment.
You should have:
- Experience: 5+ years in QSR/hospitality training or operational leadership (Total experience 8+ years).
- Qualifications: Food?safety certification; facilitation or L&D credential preferred.
- Skills: Strong facilitation, coaching, observation, and stakeholder management.
- Tech: Comfortable with LMS, basic video creation and Excel reporting.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel and work flexible store hours.
