3 Shift Manager - Cafe Operations

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing shifts, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily shift operations
Supervise service and QSR staff
Ensure smooth billing, order execution, and hygiene compliance
Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Assist manager in inventory and stock control
Report daily sales and shift performance
Requirements:
Previous cafe/QSR supervisory experience
Strong operational understanding
Leadership and shift-handling skills

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per month

Role Overview:
Full responsibility for running and managing the Vero Cafe location including service, team management, sales, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee complete cafe operations
Manage team scheduling, performance, and discipline
Monitor sales, budget, and daily P&L
Ensure quality standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
Handle vendor coordination and inventory
Train staff and drive business growth
Requirements:
Experience as Cafe Manager/QSR Manager
Strong communication & leadership skills
Ability to manage a 360 cafe operation
