Job Summary



We are looking for a skilled and efficient

QSR Chef

to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items quickly, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portion sizes Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety Ensure all food is prepared and served quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients to maintain workflow Monitor inventory and notify management when stock is low Follow all food safety regulations and procedures (e.g., FIFO, temperature control) Assist with daily opening, closing, and cleaning routines Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Help develop new menu ideas or improve existing recipes.

Requirements



Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably QSR or cafe Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Basic knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Culinary qualification or training is a plus but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
