Team Frontier is a dedicated one stop shop for Design and build Turnkey Solutions for office interiors fit-outs with a pan India presence and a turnover of INR 65 crores a year. We are now putting up a modular furniture factory and an Electrical Consulting & Contracting company.

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Tendering & Billing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing

BOQs

,

estimates

,

client/vendor bills, and supporting tender submissions. This role requires close coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control and cash flow tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates Conduct quantity take-offs for architectural, civil, and MEP works using AutoCAD and Excel Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to gather competitive quotations. Prepare rate analysis and pricing documents for tender submissions. Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid documentation. Prepare and verify

client and subcontractor bills

as per progress and contract terms. Ensure accurate measurement and certification of site works. Reconcile quantities and variations with project teams and site engineers. Monitor billing schedules, cash flow forecasts, and payment certifications. Maintain up-to-date records of quantities, rates, material usage, and work done. Support the commercial team in budget tracking and cost-to-complete projections. Identify discrepancies in project scope vs execution and raise timely commercial alerts. Collaborate with site, procurement, planning, and design teams to ensure cost and scope alignment. Attend billing verification meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Support contract management, including claims, variations, and change orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-7 years

of experience in QS, estimation, or billing roles in the construction or fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing processes, and rate analysis. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Proficient in MS Excel.
