Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with expertise in

tendering and budgeting

to support our pre-construction and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for

preparing competitive tenders

,

cost estimates

, and

budgets

for construction projects across various sectors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Tendering:

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements. Prepare and submit detailed tender submissions including bills of quantities, rates, and pricing strategies. Liaise with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain accurate quotations. Conduct tender risk analysis and ensure compliance with procurement procedures and contract requirements. Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Maintain tender tracking schedules and records.

Budgeting:

Prepare preliminary and detailed cost plans and budgets during the pre-construction phase. Provide cost advice and value engineering input to design and planning teams. Monitor and update budgets in line with design development or client changes. Benchmark project costs using historical data and current market trends. Ensure all budgets are aligned with client expectations and company margins.

General QS Duties:

Support project handover from pre-contract to delivery teams. Assist in subcontractor procurement strategy and early engagement. Prepare and maintain cost databases and standard pricing tools. Provide financial input for feasibility studies and development appraisals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
