Market Rate Analysis :

₹ Maintain in-depth knowledge of prevailing market rates for interior materials, finishes, joinery,

civil works, labor rates, and equipment hire.

₹ Build and periodically update rate databases specific to Workspace, Retail, F&B, and Hospitality

fit-out.

₹ Benchmark vendor pricing against industry standards to ensure competitive bidding.Key Responsibilities :

Quantity Estimation & BOQ Preparation :

₹ Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost summaries for Interior Fit-out (Workspace,

Retail, F&B, Hospitality) and Civil projects.

₹ Interpret GFC drawings, interior layouts, architectural details, MEP interface requirements, and

project specifications.

₹ Conduct material consumption analysis, productivity norms evaluation, and wastage factor

assessments.

₹ Prepare rate analysis considering current market pricing and vendor inputs.

Costing & Budgeting :

₹ Develop cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans for different fit-out typologies.

₹ Provide cost value engineering options to achieve optimal pricing without compromising quality

or aesthetics.

₹ Prepare detailed comparison reports for design changes, scope revisions, and alternates.

Tendering & Contractual Support :

₹ Prepare tender packages, pricing sheets, and material specifications for Fit-out and Civil scopes.

₹ Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations for interiors, joinery, civil works, MEP interfaces,

and specialized finishes.

₹ Prepare commercial and technical bid comparison reports.

₹ Support contract finalization, Work Orders, and LOIs with accurate cost inputs.

Skills & Competencies :

₹ Strong knowledge of Fit-out BOQs and Interior materials across Workspace, Retail, F&B, and

Hospitality sectors.

₹ Proficiency in quantity take-off software, Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, Planswift,

CostX preferred).

₹ Ability to read and interpret interior layouts, detailed drawings, MEP coordination plans, and

joinery details along with 3D files as well.

₹ Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.

₹ Good communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination capabilities.

₹ Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred Experience :

₹ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

₹ 5 - 6 years of experience in Interior Fit-out (Workspace / Retail / F&B / Hospitality) and Civil

Estimation.
