Preparation of preliminary construction cost budget- PO


Preparation of preliminary construction cost budget- PI as per tender drawings and

specifications.


Preparation of budget- RO based on GFC drawings, specification and approved make

and brand.


Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ).


Preparation of measurement book (LBD) as per GFC drawings.


Preparation of Rate Analysis as per BOQ item.


Indirect Cost Analysis (OH).


Preparation of Bill of material.


QTY validation for BOQ Amendment, NT item And etc..


ERP/IMS BOQ Amendment as per QYT validation.


Monitoring of master budgets, Continuously comparison of cost elements and

Variations etc., Budget tracking, monitoring as per work progress at site.


Verification of QS Monthly MIS report.


Verification and approval of material reconciliation reports monthly.


Validate and Approve the indent as per site material requirement.


Monthly budget variations as per MIS report.


Preparation of cash flow and Preparation of QS Monthly report.


Maintaining Documents as per ISO standards.


Stage wise Budget closure


Verification and approval of MIS Report including financial report & reconciliation

reports and etc.,


Project coordination with site QS.


Value engineering, Supporting to all other departments related to Technical


Technical Support / Site Coordination/ Other Department coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
