Assist in preparing

quantity take-offs

and

BOQs

from drawings. Support in

cost estimation

, rate analysis, and tender preparation. Verify and check

site measurements

for billing and subcontractor work. Maintain proper

documentation

of quantities, materials, and site progress. Assist in

material reconciliation

and tracking project costs. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate reporting. Ensure correct interpretation of

construction drawings and specifications

. Assist in preparing

monthly bills, running bills, and final bills

.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of

civil construction methods and materials

. Ability to

read and understand drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
