Job Summary:

We are seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with experience in high-rise residential projects to manage quantities, cost control, contractor billing, and variations at site. The role involves measurement of structural, facade, and finishing works to ensure the project is delivered within budget and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and BOQs Measure site progress and certify contractor RA bills Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations Handle extra items and change orders Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants Maintain billing, measurement, and cost records

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 4+ years experience in

high-rise residential projects with MIVAN is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of RCC structure, facade, and finishing works Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
