Responsible for cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management of high-rise building projects to ensure delivery within approved budget and contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for high-rise projects
Measure work progress and certify interim and final payments
Manage variations, claims, and cost control
Review contracts and subcontractor quotations
Monitor cash flow and prepare cost reports
Coordinate with project, site, and consultant teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
3+ years' experience in high-rise or large building projects
Strong knowledge in AUTOCAD.
