Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in

Contracts Management

? We're looking for an experienced QS to join our dynamic team at

APM Design Build

, a leader in turnkey solutions across Commercial, Industrial, IT Parks, Residential, and Infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:

Manage, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements. Evaluate tenders, negotiate contract terms, and assist in subcontractor appointment. Monitor contract variations, claims, and dispute resolutions. Liaise with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth contractual operations. Prepare, track, and control project budgets and financial reports. Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of proven experience

in Quantity Surveying with a focus on

Contracts

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
? Strong understanding of contract laws, FIDIC, and other standard forms of contract
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively across project teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
