Krayon Interiors, is looking for a skilled and dynamic Executive Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in overseeing and managing costs linked to our projects . The job demands a sharp eye for detail, outstanding communication abilities, and a solid grasp of quantity surveying principles.

Key Responsibilities:

#CostEstimation:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and construction projects based on detailed analysis of project requirements, materials, and labour costs. Conduct site visits and collaborate with project teams to gather essential information for cost assessments.

#BudgetManagement:

Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative solutions without compromising quality.

#QuantityTakeoff:

Perform detailed quantity take offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Work closely with design and project teams to validate quantities and specifications.

#ContractAdministration:

Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contracts, including the review of contract documents and terms. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance.

#CostControl:

Implement effective cost control measures to prevent budget overruns. Regularly review project costs and provide timely reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Engineering degree in civil, #QuantitySurveying, #ConstructionManagement, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in #interiordesign #Interiorfitouts industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. Proficient in quantity take off software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
