An Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in large-scale infrastructure / industrial / datacenter / IT park projects.
• Strong expertise in estimation, tendering, cost planning, and contract management.

Key Competencies:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for datacenter construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets.
• Manage contracts administration, claims, and variations with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to provide accurate cost advice during all project phases.
