Job Description

We are looking for QS Cum Billing Engineer for our Real Estate company for one of our project who can project manages project costs materials, and payments, blending cost estimation (QS role) with invoice/payment processing (Billing Engineer role) to ensure financial control, accurate measurements from drawings (BoQ), budget adherence, and timely client/contractor billing

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct rate analysis and estimation engineering tasks. Perform subcontractor billing and client billing duties. Ensure accurate cost estimation and quantity analysis. Provide expertise in quantity surveying, quantity estimation, and bill checking processes.

Candidate Profile

Must have Bachelor/ Diploma Degree in Civil Egg. Must have prior experience in Real Estate company Must have experience of 8-9 years in relevant field. Candidate residing in Kolkata shall only apply.
