Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Conduct site measurements and reconcile quantities with contractor submissions.
Validate material consumption and wastage calculations.
Cost and Billing Management:
Estimate project costs, including rates for materials and labor.
Process interim and final payments from contractors and suppliers.
Track and maintain financial documentation, including project progress and cash flow.
Manage claims, variations, and change orders, assessing their financial impact.
