Job Description

Looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor Billing Engineer(Civil) 10 to 15 years experience; Quantity Survey in Road and Highway Qualification B..Tech diploma civil . Not form consultancy mandatorily at least last 3 years. Male candidate proffered.

Functional Skill-

Key Area-

Manage all the costs relating to road project or other civil project for the initial calculation to the final figure.

Should be capable of calculating best possible cost and minimize the risk of the project and enhance the value of the money.

Should be able to prepare and analyze project costing for the Tender, such as material, quantities labor and time.

Should be able to prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ, with the help of technical drawing.

Should be able to advice on contractual claims and dispute. He will advise on procurement strategy.

Should be able to evaluate the completed work, oversee bills and attain the client regarding any dispute or queries.

Should be able to review construction, plans and prepare quantity requirements keeping in view the quantity as per specified IRC guideline.

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
