Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

quantities from drawings (BOQ)

and

scope of work

.

Prepare, verify, and process bills

for both

clients

and

vendors

. Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and clients for

billing and quantity verification

. Create and manage

estimates, rate analysis, cost reports, and material reconciliations

. Ensure timely

submission of bills

and

certification of client/vendor invoices

. Track

project progress

and compare it with billed quantities and estimated costs. Analyze variation and escalation claims.

Mandatory Skills:

BOQ preparation & estimation

Billing for clients & subcontractors

Cost and quantity control

Site measurement verification and documentation

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD

(for cross-checking drawings)

Advanced MS Excel skills

(for data handling, pivot tables, formulas) Excellent

communication and coordination

skills Strong understanding of

IS codes

and

contract clauses

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Chennai-based candidates only

No constraint for the right candidate

Based on experience and current CTC
