Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Quantity Surveying

: Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities to support project execution and budgeting.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to align billing and project progress.

Financial Reporting

: Generate periodic financial reports to highlight cost trends and variances for project stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation

: Ensure all project billing and financial documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 4-6 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (B.Tech/B.E.).

Software Proficiency

: Proficiency in industry-relevant software tools.

Location Flexibility

: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with occasional site visits.

Prior experience with government sector projects Strong analytical and numerical skills
