Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Contract Review

: Analyze project contracts to ensure financial and technical compliance with project specifications.

Quantification and Verification

: Conduct detailed measurement and quantification of material requirements and verify contractor bills against actual work done.

Financial Reporting

: Generate financial reports related to project progress, billing status, and cash flow forecasts for stakeholders. Prepare & review BOQs, estimates & take-offs Evaluate project costs, budgets & forecasts Review tenders, contracts & quotations Monitor progress, variations & deviations Coordinate with PMs, site engineers & vendors

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-7 years of experience in billing engineering within the residential construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proficiency in advanced billing and project management software
