We're Looking For

A detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 3-6 years of experience to manage costs and contracts for our civil construction and interior projects. What You'll Do Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications Review contracts, tenders, and supplier quotations Monitor project costs and prepare budget reports Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Ensure compliance with industry standards
What You Need

Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Experience: 3-6 years in quantity surveying or cost estimation (civil/interior projects)
Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail
