Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

based on drawings and specifications. Conduct

quantity take-offs

and

material reconciliation

. Prepare and verify

client and subcontractor bills

. Analyze and validate

site measurements

and work progress. Prepare

rate analysis

for extra items or deviations. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for

project costing

. Maintain records of

invoices, payments, and contract variations

. Handle

estimation

for tenders and new projects. Ensure compliance with

contractual obligations

and project schedules. Prepare and submit

monthly billing reports

, progress reports, and

cash flow forecasts

. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing.
