Role Overview



We are seeking a qualified and detail-driven

QS & Billing Engineer

to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

industrial construction projects

and will be responsible for

cost estimation, budgeting, quantity take-offs, contractor billing, client invoicing, and reconciliation

. This dual-role position requires technical accuracy, field coordination, and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities


Quantity Surveying:



Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost planning documents during pre-construction and execution phases. Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BoQs), based on architectural and engineering drawings. Evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations, rate analysis, and assist in vendor negotiations. Monitor project budgets and costs, flag deviations, and implement corrective measures. Support contract administration, including claims and variation order assessments. Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure cost control and value engineering.

Billing Engineering:



Prepare and verify contractor bills, subcontractor claims, and reconciliation statements. Generate client bills based on executed quantities and approved drawings. Maintain accurate documentation for quantity take-offs and measurement sheets (DPRs, MBs, etc.). Ensure compliance with contract terms in all billing processes. Liaise with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams to validate progress billing. Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, cash flow statements, and final accounts.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience

in quantity surveying and billing roles, with at least

3 years in industrial projects

(factories, warehouses, plants, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction practices, industrial building systems (e.g., steel structures, pre-engineered buildings, MEP coordination). Proficiency in billing and estimation tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred



Experience in fast-track or design-and-build industrial projects.

Pay: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month
