We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Sr. Quantity Surveyor & Billing Executive

to join our team in Ambattur. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial interior projects and a passion for cost control, billing accuracy, and project efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial interior projects Review and validate contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely processing Monitor project budgets, track variations, and manage cost control measures Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for billing and documentation Maintain accurate records of measurements, invoices, and payment schedules Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and contract administration Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
