Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer to manage end-to-end quantity surveying, estimation, and billing operations for our real estate and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must be strong in cost control, BOQ preparation, billing verification, and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
? Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
? Conduct rate analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization
? Prepare and certify contractor, subcontractor & client bills
? Maintain JMS, RA bills, reconciliation & closure reports
? Monitor project costs and prepare variance reports
? Support procurement with rate negotiation & cost inputs
? Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, S-curves & cash flow
? Ensure compliance with IS codes, contract terms & audit norms
? Coordinate with architects, consultants & accounts teams

Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of building construction & finishing works
Expertise in QS, estimation, billing & cost control
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Candy, CostX, Primavera, MS Project
High accuracy, analytical skills & detail orientation
Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines
Good communication & coordination skills
