Job summary

We are seeking a skilled QS cum Billing Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing process, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for road and highway construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for road and highway construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed at various phases of construction, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

Quantity Surveying

: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation on-site.

Project Documentation

: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project-related activities, including invoices, compliance records, and contractual communications.

Client Coordination

: Engage with clients to confirm project requirements, address queries, and provide updates on project progress and financial status.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-3 years of experience in billing engineering and quantity surveying in the road or highways construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
