Avantor is looking for Q&R Systems Specialist who Works independently under close supervision, work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. Responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product. Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Responsible for supporting the integration, administrative and maintenance activities of the Global electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and other systems such as Valgenesis throughout the Avantor organizational network. Responsibilities include providing system administrative support, creating and deactivating user accounts, assisting development and improvement of processes, preparing training materials and training users.
This individual provides support during site integrations and the new process development including but not limited to leading system demonstrations and process mapping sessions
,
creating global system procedures, associate training and supporting system validation activities. Q&R System Specialist reports to the Q&R System Manager.
What we

re looking for
Education:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience related to Quality Assurance.
Experience with electronic quality management systems preferred.
Experience with system administration is preferred.
Preferred qualification:
Responsible for administrative activities including but not limited to: user account creation and deactivation, correcting passwords, report creation and generation.
Create QMS training materials.
Conduct QMS user training.
Monitor and report on metrics to evaluate system performance.
Identify system improvement opportunities and assist in implementation of approved revisions.
Support on-going maintenance and validation activities
Work with IT and other application owners as other applications become interfaced.
Other duties as assigned.
How will you thrive and create an impact:
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of basic Quality Assurance and Computer System principles associated with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR Part 11 and Q7.
