Roles & Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including project leads, deployment teams, and cross-functional teams.*
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects.*
Ensure compliance with Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices.*
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.*
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.*
Identify potential project risks and communicate them to stakeholders to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.*
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues, escalating them to the Project Lead as necessary.*
Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements.*
Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and performance.*
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.*
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and action items.*
Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP rollout practices.*
Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing among team members.*
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.*

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.*
Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., FI, CO, PISA, CPH, MDM).*
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.*
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.*
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (like. Solman, Flow right, Azure)? is a plus*

Experience :

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in SAP project management
