Job Description

Develop and implement quality systems:

Create and maintain a quality management system that includes policies, procedures, and standards.

Conduct audits

: Perform internal and external audits to check for adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Inspect and test

: Oversee methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and production equipment to ensure they meet standards.

Analyze and report:

Collect, analyze, and summarize data to report on quality metrics and performance.

Manage teams:

Lead, train, and motivate quality assurance staff to ensure they understand and follow quality procedures.

Address issues

: Investigate customer complaints and product non-conformances to find root causes and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance

: Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
