Position Title:

QMS System Administrator

Location:

Kochi, Kerala (Office-based)

Experience:

1-3 years preferred

Educational Background:

Degree/Diploma in Hospital Management / Health IT / Biomedical Engineering / MCA / BCA

Key Responsibilities:

? Support the deployment and configuration of AccreHealth QMS modules at client hospitals/site

? Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients

? Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales meetings and client discussions

? Train end users (Quality Managers, Clinicians, Admin Staff) on system usage

? Handle client queries and provide technical support related to QMS modules

? Coordinate with the tech team to escalate and track resolution of issues

? Conduct pre-sales calls and lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile:

? Background in Hospital Administration, Health Informatics, or IT in Healthcare

? Strong communication and client-handling skills

? Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software to healthcare professionals

? Familiarity with NABH / JCI standards or quality protocols is a plus

? Willingness to travel occasionally for client deployments and training
