:- QMS & ISO Specialist

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001) and other applicable regulations. Conduct and manage internal audits to assess compliance and identify gaps. Lead and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities and drive process improvement. Develop, review, and revise quality-related documents, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with ISO requirements. Provide training and support to employees on ISO compliance, quality policies, and related topics. Work with various departments to integrate quality best practices, address quality issues, and improve overall processes. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the QMS and report on quality performance metrics to senior management. Assist with external ISO audits and inspections, coordinating with auditors to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Engineering or Quality Management. Several years of experience in quality management, with specific experience in implementing and maintaining QMS and ISO standards. In-depth understanding of quality management principles and relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and training. Ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives effectively. Certifications such as an ISO Lead Auditor or Six Sigma certification are often a plus.
