Documentation Control:
Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement within the organization.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and optimize workflows.
Training and Awareness:
Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of quality standards and procedures among employees.
Ensure that employees understand and follow established quality processes.
Internal Audits:
Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
Document findings and work with teams to address any identified non-conformities.
External Audits:
Coordinate external audits by regulatory bodies or certification bodies.
Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and facilitate the audit process.
Quality Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the QMS.
Prepare regular reports on quality performance for management review.
Customer Feedback and Complaints:
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints related to quality.
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks related to quality and work with teams to mitigate these risks.
Implement risk management strategies to prevent quality issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business).
Certifications:
Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is often preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a quality management role, preferably in a regulated industry.
Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and communicate quality objectives.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality processes.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Ability to identify and address quality issues through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
